Logo in my email is not showing up

After looking at all the questions re: logos in the emails, I find that I am still having problems.  I am not seeing the logo.  I've attached the output and the code.  Please help!!!

What are your permissions for viewing the image in dropbox? If it's not made to be a publicly viewable link, even without dropbox credentials, it won't display in this email.
