Visualize Base Structure/Schema

Does anyone know how I can (ideally) easily create a map or visualization of the relationship structure of my base? Something like https://dbdiagram.io/home would be great. Seems like it would be a great block, and this idea was discussed in this thread and this thread but neither appeared to go anywhere.
