Want to get a quick feedback after someone submitted an Airtable form

Hi, I want to get feedback on an Airtable form that a user has just submitted.
E.g. when they press submit, it takes them to a screen where they say what their experience filling that form was - good or bad and then any optional comments.

Is there an automation or a way to do so?

At the bottom of the form settings, you should see a switchable option labeled “Redirect to URL after the form is submitted.”
