Last week, Airtable support sent me an email saying that (as I had requested) they updated a workspace to the team plan.
But in fact the workspace is now missing and none of my workspaces are upgraded.
I have not gotten a response from support in days.
Needless to say, I'm extremely frusrtrated.
How do I get out of this?
