Maybe Zapier has spoiled me, but it would be really nice to get a little more granular detail on our automation runs within our bases/workspaces. Right now, the only way to see any form of metadata re: automations is to go to individual automation’s run history, or to have admin privileges and see how many runs are left in your quota for that exact live billing period/month.

I know it’s probably out of scope for this product to offer as granular of detail on these things as Zapier, but being able to look at run quantities from previous months/billing periods, or being able to see which automations are using most of the runs we have allocated would be really really nice from an operational standpoint!

I agree- it would be very helpful to be able to view a list of automation runs without digging through the automation history. What I'd like to see:

  • Each run
  • Success/failure/cancelled
  • trigger/action (in this case, who received an email)

Use case: We're sending out an email to many many people. I believe some will be delayed until tomorrow or whenever our rate limit is restarted and we may need to make changes based on that. Right now I have to literally open each person that says "processing" to see who that is. This is not feasible with 3k runs. processing is not currently an option to filter on (only All, succeeded, failed and canceled), but even if it were, I'd have to go into each record which honestly, isn't going to happen.

Another use case: We paused an automation midway through after catching an error. I cannot see which had a seuccessful run vs which were cancelled without, again, opening each run.
