I have a user case where I need to be able to have the form reveal, display or highlight specific fields based upon the individual’s first selection. All entries will update the same base table.
Problem statement example:
Are you Tom or Susan? If Tom: Show fields 1,2,7,8,10 for content input. If Susan: Show fields 3,4,5,6,9 for content input.
I use Cognito Forms for this functionality and dump the results into Airtable via Zapier. I really like the Cognito Forms functionality and UI around user input based calculations in forms and feel like it’s a great solution. Of course I’d like to see Airtable make their form more robust, but if you’re wanting to do complex calculations inside the form, I can’t recommend Cognito Forms enough.
