Editable default values and formatting for fields

Hi!
I wanted to suggest having default values for fields in some kind of Table settings. For instance, currency. We almost exclusively use Norwegian crowns (NOK/kr), but they always default to USD/$.

Same for the date fields which we always need to change to European.
