[Interface] Add an option to show an up/down arrow on editable number field

What is the proposed idea/solution?

To add number input arrows—an up/down arrow to increase/decrease number value manually (bonus: if it's also possible for the editor to set an increment by 1 or 2 or 10 or 100 or 1000, etc.). Something like this.

 

How does this solve the user problems?

Easily edit a number field in an interface.

 

Who is the target audience?

Interface users that uses the number field.
