I am flummoxed by how this is not basic functionality. It is very unfortunate that Airtable does not pull through rich text formatting into Lookup fields specifically, although it would be useful to have in formulas and rollups. There are so many use cases that I can think of that would make such functionality helpful. It’s also unfortunate that Airtable devs do not comment on basic requests for functionality like this and instead, comment threads are just closed. When will basic functionality like this be supported?
