Toggle for showing visual revision history

Currently, toggling visual revision history on the record level erases all visual revision history.

It would be useful to be able to toggle the display of visual revision history (without deleting all previous history in the process). This helps all record-level comments to be viewed all at once

As the name says, it only hides the information, does not delete it! :grinning_face_with_sweat:
