I have added a number of new users to a base recently. They are creator level users. Two of the users were already members of other workspaces. They are not expert users- even in the other workspaces.
More than once, when they try to login to my base, they go to airtable.com, and they cannot see my base as one of their options. in one instance, i ended up removing them from the base and re-sharing it with them, so they would have a new link to get in.
they have shared their screens with me and i cannot see any reason why my base and interfaces wouldn't be appearing. This is really frustrating because it makes uncertain users more tentative about the work i am asking them to do. if they can't even login, they feel like the whole thing is really hard and complex.
What is causing this? how can i help these users so that this stops happening?

Hey!
Two approaches I hope can help.
1) When you share a base/workspace with someone, Airtable sends an email to the recipient of the shared base/workspace letting them know. -see image below.
If the base/workspace is not found on Airtable itself, you might want your team to (i) check whether they received the email; and (ii) access the base/workspace by clicking on the button within the email.
2. Within Airtable's home page, make sure your team has applied the "shared with you" filter/section.
I hope this helps. Otherwise, feel free to DM me!

sorry for the delayed response. thank you for the suggestions. the first one doesn't seem to apply to this case, because they have all worked in my base previously. so they aren't having difficulty accessing it for the first time. rather, it is when they go back to login again that it doesn't show up in any options. this is usually during a training session, so i've had them share their screen, and try different things as i watch their homepage. it's just super weird.
the second suggestion i will tuck away and have them try the next time they run into the issue. it is a good thought, to help highlight my base.
i am just flummoxed as to why it is happening at all. in both cases, it isn't as though they have a long list of other bases that are cluttering their view. they each belong to, at most, two bases: the base in the other workspace, and mine.

Alternatively, you can always share with them a link to the base, and have them open that directly. Base urls always include the App ID (Base ID) so they should be automatically re-directed. That might be way faster!
