Unfortunately, I am an Airtable customer, which I am not happy about at all.
Today I received a letter where Airtable says that he withdrew 240 dollars from my account.
And I have been trying for several hours to find a way to ask technical support - for what kind of services this amount was charged.
But it’s stupidly impossible to contact technical support - each button and instruction leads to the next instruction, from it to the stupid chat bot and from it again to the instruction and so on in a circle.
There is no way to just write a question and get an answer.
Is this even possible to get some support, or do Airtable companies give a **bleep** about their customers so much that they are not interested in talking to them under any circumstances?

I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with the same issue, all of Airtable is OOO for the July 4th holiday here in the United States. This could be the reason you are not receiving a response from our Support Team. I will make sure to forward your message along so we may assist you as soon as everyone is back in office, July 5th.
Please reach out either here or to me directly if you have not heard back from our team by end of day Friday, July 7th.
Have received a response but need to follow-up with additional information, but replying to their email prompts an auto reply to go though help center. But the help centre doesn't maintain the conversation to continue from previous.
Need assistance to reach a person.
