DATEADD changes the time- ERRATICALLY!

A simple DATEADD is changing time. SET_TIMEZONE(DATEADD(date,moredays,'days'),'America/New_York') If it is because of daylight savings, does airtable recognize that and have a ‘fix’?

Can I send a single link that has my referral AND a base share link together? What is the best way to accomplish this?

I want to get the referral credit and I want them to open my shared base. Is there a way to do that in one link? If not, what process would you suggest?
