I sent them an email and will share the answer here. Although I am now wondering if having any filter on can compromise the triggering? as when I tried manually I deleted the filter in place before

+1 for this feature! It will be very useful to only see a specific dashboard with a specific table and to be able to lock it to make sure it’s always visible - it will help to give a quick overview of the data
