Outlook 365 Automation Error - Access to OData is disabled

I have encountered a new problem running automations using Outlook 365 email. When I test this step, I get this error:

Microsoft reported an error while processing this action:
Access to OData is disabled.

It was working fine until a few days ago. I asked the email administrator and he says there have been no recent changes to the email settings.

Has anybody encountered something like this? I did a Google search but there is not a lot of information on this error.
