Update Status When Client Responds

I am new to airtable and trying to understand its functionality. My plan is to use it primarily to send and manage email communications.

Does anyone know if there is functionality in airtable enough so that when someone responds to an email campaign, the status for that individual is automatically updated to report it as such?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community, @L_S1! :smiley: While you can use Airtable automations to send emails, it’s not able to accept or process replies to those emails. You would need to use a third-party service to receive replies and act on them (and unfortunately I don’t do this type of email campaign tracking myself, so I’m afraid I don’t know the names of any such services to recommend), connecting that service to Airtable for updates using something like Zapier or Integromat.
