Append row to Google Sheets error: "Row Data" could not be converted to a string

I have an automation that converts input data into MD5 using custom script and the script’s output along with a field from the table is appended to the Google Sheet. All steps work when testing. But when running all at once using ‘rerun’ or through the form (the trigger is when “When a record is created”), all steps work except appending into Google Sheet, with the error "Row Data" could not be converted to a string..

Any help is much appreciated.

Got the same error at first, but noticed I didn't have my primary field filled out. Once I ran the automation again with the primary field filled it worked!
