Create Multiple linked records

Hello everyone!

I'm new here, really could use some help. 🙂

I would like to create multiple linked records in an easier or automatically way.
I'm building a holiday calendar, the image below shows an example of what I seek. I need to fill in the city and the person's name (approximately 15 dates per city and 30 names), but without manually filling in the data.

I already have another table with all the dates and names per city in linked records, but couldn't find an easier way to organize and load this information into this new table.

Any tips?
