We have automations set up to send alerts when something is missing 5 days
prior to the campaign going live.
It could be that we have 5 separate flights going live for the same
campaign, we only want to send 1 automation but because they are all split
out it will send multiple automations, is there a way around this?
Example below, Campaign 8337980 has 7 flights going live on the same day so
it will send an automation 7 times when we only need it sent once.
The reason they are split out is because we use CSV Upload and we use the Flight ID as the Unique field, the campaign ref can be the same for a Flight.

Hi,
it’s quite easy.
before sending, add ‘Find records’ step to search for records with the same Campaign ref.
Make sending conditional - to run if Find Records list length = 0.

Thanks. Easy when you know how I guess.
Where would I add ‘Find Records’ to the automation set up?

It will be your first action - so you have your trigger and then first thing to do is to find records and then you send the email based on those records - you can list them or put them in a grid.

Ok thank you.
I can see where I add the conditional action but from there I am confused.
I’ll wait for the Enterprise team to get back to me.
Thanks

Currently, it should look like this
add step:
add condition
Grab your action using that icon
and move to the conditional:
(I’ve set any Find condition., just for example)
Thus, action will run only for the first record of a list
