Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to do the following, and I hope someone can help! I am not Airtable savvy, so any help is appreciated.

I have a form that our customers fill out if they have damaged product, data goes into tab/table "Damages Info". They input information, two pieces of info being the CPO and SKU.
I have a table synced to the base that contains all order and product information (tab/table Tracker).

When a form is submitted, I'd like for Airtable to automatically look at the SKU and CPO that was submitted in 'Damages Info" table, find the line item in the synced "Tracker" table with the same SKU and CPO, and then auto populate several fields in the "Damages Info" table with the info from the "Tracker" line item.

Is that possible? Loom link here. https://www.loom.com/share/73f641df472346ea8ab59fad20b0b2d5?sid=0976a088-2169-4f5e-ba39-16db16d043c2

Thanks!
