I am trying to addd an automation that does the following: When a Multiple Select Field has a specific value entered, it then creates a record in a second table with some of the fields from the first table. That part is easy. The problem is that I want it to place today’s date into a field in the receiving table. I cannot see how to tell it to simply place today’s date in that field when creating the record.
Thanks!

Hi @Mark_Fleming,
Why send the created date the to new record? Airtable automatically created that for you, just add a Created Date field in the Second table.
