We're a real estate company looking to have Airtable Automations help us get client feedback on properties we present. Ideally, the process would look as follows: 

1. We add properties to an airtable base 
2. Once status is changed to "pending client feedback", an automated email sends the property information to the client. 
3. I'd love for that email to be able to solicit client feedback via button/checkbox/text field, for instance client received 123 Main St and did't like it they could have the option to "reject" (via button or form?) which would update the record in Airtable
4. If they liked the property, opt to "like" or "shortlist" the property which would update the record and trigger additional notifications to our team that the client wants to tour this site.
