New to AirTable and Automations but was hoping to get some help with setting up my first workspace. I currently have 3 tables:
- Project Portfolio
- Project Workplans
- Project Statuses
In the first table, I would like to display the Next Milestone and most recent report / status. On the milestone side, this would somehow be a lookup of the tasks in table 2 (All workplan records are tagged with the right project). So if there were 5 records for Test Project and the next future dates were 11.30 and 12.04, I would want just 11.30 to display.
This is what table 1 looks like right now. For status, I can manually pull in the status I would like, however I would like the status to update from Nov 27th to the next week when a team member submits a form with a new status update. I am struggling with the automation there, specifically the Record ID. Again, all statuses are linked to the Project Name through a link through from table 1. If I could automate this part, then I could auto sort project by RYG status.
