I'm looking to create a use case catalog to help me define the functional requirements of my clients, such as data and system integration.
The catalog should include a unique identifier for each use case category and allow me to choose which categories to include in a report and which to exclude, depending on the client's needs.
The ultimate goal is to create an environment for the client to experiment with the use cases and required functionality without exposing them to the full repository of use cases and their categories.
The goal is to eventually generate summary insights through a dashboard/summary table that shows the use cases by data or integration slices.
Has anyone come across a solution like this? Do you have any ideas on how to approach the topic?
