button works for me and does not work for my collaborators

Hi

I have a button that triggers automation

On my account the button works correctly

on the accounts of my collaborators

By clicking on the button the automation does not even trigger

I have an error message displayed: an error has occurred

I don't understand problem

The button works on my account and does not work for my collaborators even though it is the same interface

What does the automation do?  Do the other collaborators have the same permissions as you?  E.g. are you all Creators?

If the automation creates or updates fields, do you have any table or field specific permissions set?

for the rights, these collaborators are publishers this is the first time that this has happened on this automation

with other automation it works correctly

Hmm, if you could DM me an invite to a duplicated base without records I could try to see what I can figure out?  Sorry, I don't have any other suggestions!

Also, is your video supposed to have audio in it?

no the video is without sound

finally I noticed that the problem occurs every time I change the value of this field

for the other fields the error is not caused

finally I duplicated this field as a temporary solution and I added an action in the automation to update this field with the value of the duplicated field
