Description of fields do not show up on table in the interface

Hi

I have descriptions filled out on some of my fields in the base. However, it seems like without base editor access, users cannot see the descriptions icon on the interface. Is there a way for viewers without base access can see the descriptions?

I'd like users to see the descriptions icon on the interface like below,

but users are not able to see the descriptions icon without base editor access. Is there a way to work around giving base editor access?
