Recently, our institutional emails have been updated. Unfortunately, due to the change to a shortened version we can not access and update our account. We are not able to log into the system since we use Google to access our account (again the email address has changed).  I would be extremely grateful for any assistance and information you can provide in updating the account email on the backend.

You can already try to get an answer from support@airtable.com, but I wouldn't hold my breath for an answer...
