How do I export all of the linked records for one particular record?

Hi there,

I have a list of properties that I want to track how often I send them direct mail. I want to be able to compile a list of properties, export into CSV, then upload the advertising and send. It appears you cannot filter out an exact match, so if I have a property included in multiple lists, i’m getting all of the lists instead of one specific list. (see photos).

How would you suggest I tackle this?

Hi @AM858

Since the mailing lists are linked fields, you can create a Rollup field in the Properties table that counts those fields if you want to get the number of mailing lists. You can also use Rollup fields to be the minimum and maximum dates of the said mailing campaigns and divided the difference by the number of campaigns to know how frequently you are sending them emails.
