Internal base mapping or streamlining

Hello!
Is there something that can show me how all of my tables and fields are connected to one another? Like a back-end map? I feel like my base could be streamlined and allow me to delete a lot of unnecessary connections. For example, I keep seeing new fields popping up in each table will have the title of another field then the word, “copy”. I’m assuming this happens when I create a linked or look up field. But these “copy” fields are piling up. Suggestions?

Other product recommendations have also been made that would expose the data schema through the API and that has been promised but not yet available.
