I find the Kanban view very useful, but also limiting. Unless there’s some way to do what I need, but I don’t know about it.
At the bottom of each stack in the Kanban view, it shows me the number of cards in each stack.
In each card, I show one field that is a number field. I would really like to be able to see the total of the number field for all the cards in each stack.
I’m using this Kanban for a wedding seating plan. The Stacks are for each table, and the number that I want to sum, is the total number of people at the table.
Is there any way to do this?

I’d suggest trying the “Group by” feature in a Grid View and Group by your Tables field.
It will give you similar ability to drag and drop records into a group (just grab the record by the handle on the left), and it will allow you to sum your party totals in the group summary bars. You can even then collapse a group to signify the Table is full and set.
