Currently the automation actions are quite limited, in most of my automations I have to resort to scripts. This poses some challenges:
- often I have to use apikeys in the script to integrate with other services, these apikeys are now exposed to every user
- If I want to re-use a script, it's now located in multiple automations and changing it / version control becomes cumbersome
I would love to have the option as an owner to create custom script templates that the users (in my workspace) can use. See it as my custom automation action based on an automation script. This way I can hide the apikeys and easily re-use scripts across automations.
