Blocks with descriptions assigned to views

It would be extremely helpful to be able to assign a description block to a specific view such that all the cards in that view automatically display a bulleted set of instructions or other text. This would make it more seamless to assign and hand-off data-entry tasks to employees, by giving specific views the option to include contextually referencable instructions – kind of like a conditional version of the field description next to the title of each field. This could go on the left side of the record, so as not to interrupt the activity section on the right.

This would also make the “view record” function more like a “view record and instructions/context for it”
