What is the proposed idea/solution?

When looking at a calendar in Week, 3 Day, or Day view, it would be great to change the hour scale — that is, make an hour larger in the view.

How does is solve the user problems?

When scheduling lots of records in a very small timescale (<15 minutes) things can get very cluttered, and it feels like we're not using the screen real estate to its fullest extent. Being able to zoom in on the Y-axis would fix this problem.

If anyone has a solution for how to view records on a smaller time scale (right now I bounce between a table and a calendar), that would be greatly appreciated.

This is desperately needed for things like conference or event planning and seems like it would be so obvious.

I really need this feature too. I wish calendars didn't start at zero hour. The majority of my programming starts around 8am. Adjustments to the time increments would also allow for better visualization of the data.

Would love this too! Just made an app for scheduling shifts of our workers. No one starts at 00:00, earliest at 08:00... still calendar always shows half empty. Make a diff start/end hour or zoom out time scale, anything would work! Thx

Yes! Being able to adjust either not showing hours before/after a certain time, or simply defaulting the view to start at a specific time would be very helpful!
