Hi! You will need the field last modified or created date in the prescription table. Then you could make a view of this table grouped to patients name and sort it to created time or last modified date. Hope it works for you!

Hi! I would try to us the filter in the Students table. Filter (Groupname). If the students are linked to the group with a specific name your result would be all students which are in this specific group.
