Hi, I am working on setting up an automation with Microsoft Teams where a post is made in a channel when a record status changes. I’d like to be able to tag the person who submitted the record (they enter their email address into a column) so they can be notified when the status changes through teams. Is it possible? The email address entered into Airtable will match the account holder in Teams as they will all be company addresses.
Hi Rebecca, and welcome to the community!
Yes - the clues are:
This is completely possible because…
- You can build a script action in Airtable that calls a webhook in Power Automate (formerly Flow).
- Power Automate can integrate with Teams
