Hi guys,
I have set up an update automation to add a collaborator via a form. (Employees should be able to assign themselves to a project independently via a form)
Unfortunately, the previous collaborators are removed.
Is there any way to add new collaborators without deleting the previous ones?

Hi @Jona and welcome to the community!
You can add the values from the field itself in your automation (so the “collaborator” field in your trigger action), add a comma ‘,’ and then insert the values from the form. That way, the values are added, without losing the current ones.
Haven’t tried this with collaborators though, but it works for other field types.
