Updating and deploying updates to self published Templates

Hi,

I have published a Template of a base that I have created - and assume that over time with community suggestions I am going to have some updates. Is there a way for people to update their own bases that are made from my template, when i update the template without starting again from scratch with their data or having to copy/paste it in?
