What is the proposed idea/solution?
To create another entry in the dropdown (currently only has 'Delete' so new (similar) tabs can be created quickly. eg an entry above 'Delete' that says 'Duplicate':
How does is solve the user problems?
I have a load of tabs to create that are very similar and it would reduce the chances of error and also speed up my creation workflow.

Who is the target audience?
Creators/owners who have to create multiple tabs/views when creating new Gallery/Record List pages (I don't know whether this option could be included in other page types).
