What is the proposed idea/solution?
Create the ability to only include records in a look-up field that are filtered by conditions or a view. Right now, you can only select records based on filtered conditions or a view. It is a strenuous and long process to have to find or copy and paste multiple records into a field when they are already filtered in a separate view in the linked table...
How does it solve the user problems?
This would give us the ability to generate reports for our partners much quicker with linked information and manage our projects more efficiently...
How was this validated?
I have tried workarounds like filtering conditions in a rollup field, automation script writing, Automation triggering with no solution...
