You can enable record revision history only if you use a list/grid/calendar/kanban/gallery elements in the Blank page of interfaces. You can not enable this for the record picker element.
Please vote for this idea! Record and cell-level edit restrictions would greatly enhance Airtable's security and accuracy. Protect important data, like financial records, from accidental or intentional changes. Let's make it happen!
