Linked record - deleted on side of connection. Can be repaired?

Hello All,

I have two tables, one have items and second have handling company. I make linked record so for items i linked handling company. 

Some time back I deleted linked record on the side of handling comany. I really miss this and now I need information about what handling company make what item.

It is way how to repair it? I dont want make new linked record collum, because I have really lot of records now.

When you deleted the linked field in the Handling Company table, the linked field in the Items table should have turned into a single line text field. You can turn that field back into a linked record field and it should repopulate.
