Intergration between Stocky (Shopify app) via API

We plan to use the Shopify App called Stocky for our purchase orders and transfers between locations. We would like to connect the data from Stocky to Airtable, and in Airtable analyze stock, sales and purchasing. 

In the lack of technical terms; we would like to see incoming stock on created purchase orders in Airtable.

Does someone know if that's possible?
