Hi everyone,
My team has just welcome a third member to keep improving our full no-code ERP experience (mostly based on Airtable and Make)
We are structuring our team rituals, documentation, internal and external communication.

Are you part of a team with such mission, counting at least 3/4 persons? and eager to talk about your best practices as a team?

Hi @Hugo Riviere

We’ve built a similar tool in my previous company : ~40 bases, ~80 scenarios, 2 people full time developing and maintaining.

Let me know and we can catch up

Franck

@nussbaumer.franck

Sounds like something similar indeed.

Not sure to get it: how many creators were you to edit those 40 bases?

I guess there were interfaces plugged to those bases ? based on airtable or somewhere else?

few big bases and a lot of scenarios as well. happy to have a call to discuss as well.

@tbiyss I’m more interested in the organization between users. How many have you been working on it simultaneously?

5 devs with high level access and 20 devs with access to most internal processes and data that is not sensitive.
I main owner and I process owner. The improvements and support is distributed based on needs, availability and urgency inside the team.

Mmmhh sounds pretty complex indeed. Would be happy to share experience.

@nussbaumer.franck @tbiyss  up to set a call together or any chance to meet in Paris maybe?

Hi,

Call might be easier please book it here : https://calendar.app.google/q1XWqzfPFgCVyRYe6

To answer :

  • 2-3 creators / builders
  • Interfaces for each work applications accessible to field workers

Cheers,

Franck
