+27Isn't almost every thing that gets defined as workflow something that is repeated?
When I do a one-off activity, I don't think of it as a workflow.
+4I use a combination of formulas and automations to manage recurring tasks in one of my Airtable bases. I have a Templates table that contains task templates. An automation copies values from these templates into new records in my Tasks table. This process is triggered by checking off a task to which a task template is linked.
