Core Tables:

Products:
This table will hold all the information about your individual items.
Inventory:
This table tracks the current stock levels of your products.
Purchase Orders (POs):
This table manages your incoming stock orders.
Suppliers:
This table manages the information about your suppliers.
Table 1: Products

Fields:
Product ID (Primary Field): (Auto-number or SKU) - Unique identifier for each product.
Product Name: (Single line text)
Description: (Long text)
Category: (Single select or linked record to a "Categories" table)
Unit of Measure (UOM): (Single select, e.g., pieces, kilograms, liters)
Cost Price: (Currency)
Selling Price: (Currency)
Reorder Point: (Number) - The minimum stock level that triggers a reorder.
Image: (Attachment) - Product images.
