I am struggling to see how to start designing my first airtable and I am hoping people will have some solid suggestions for me, this would be used to distribute working shift information to people -

I would need -

• List of people with personal information and “shift pattern”


• List of locations, with 1 - 3 rooms able to accommodate 1 person per room


• People would get “assigned” to locations that they are able to work at


• Shift pattern - i need a way to add a set of shifts for 3 weeks (based on day of the week) which will then repeat - what is the best way to implement this?


• Calendar of shifts viewable by location with the shift patterns added automatically
