Question

Upgraded form

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

I have created a form and I upgraded it.  I have published it, but when I try to copy the url so I can share it, it doesn’t copy.  Is there an alternate place to find the form url?  When I go back to my base and click on the Form View, it shows the old version, not the upgraded finished version.

First, make sure that after making your updates, you hit “Publish form” in the top right, otherwise the link will only show the old version.

Once you’ve done that, you should be able to click the “Share form” button (also top right) and copy the URL by clicking the “Copy link” button. If it’s being glitchy and not copying to your clipboard, you can also try copying it from the left sidebar, like so:

If that still doesn't work: go back to the “Share form” menu and click on the Embed link in the lower left of the pop up, and a page should pop up that gives you the code to embed your form on a webpage.

Highlight the link part of the code (e.g. https://airtable.com/embed/app############/pag##########/form) and remove “embed/” from the URL. Copy and paste into your browser, and that should take you to the published form.

Thanks.  I’ll try the embed option.

Hmm, try clicking ‘Forms’ on the top bar?  It sounds like you’re clicking on the form view in the left sidebar

Hey @tzuhouse,

After clicking on where Adam is showing on his screenshot you’ll want to click as follows:

Thanks.  I did that, but it didn’t copy the link.  I found a workaround, but in the past, I would just click Copy Link, and it would do it.  It just isn’t, this time.  I appreciate everyone’s advice.  It was really helpful.
