How to check form entries?

Hey there! You would probably want to split this up like so:

Table 1: Customer details
Table 2: Subscription details

Then lookup the customer when they subscribe for the second time and you’ll then be able to see subscriptions split out by customer

When I say lookup you would likely want to perform a lookup with an automation tool like Zapier.

And that’s definitely one way they can renew, but you may want to manage that using a renewal process rather than a form. Forms are normally recommended for an initial sign up only

You can access all entries within the WordPress admin area. To do this, hover over the WPForms link in the left sidebar and click on Entries in the menu. To view the entries of a specific form, you can click on that form’s title
