Hi Team, I am working on creating an Airtable to handle our marketing budgets using an Airtable form. The workflow involves team members filling out the form with options from a single-select list, entering the amount spent, and submitting it for approvals. Once approved, the data is displayed in a grid view for further analysis. However, I am facing an issue with the Primary Column. Hello! First time posting so I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right Location 🙇🏻‍♀️ So I've gotten different kinds of work where I use Airtable as my main tool for project management, client portals, order/inventory tracking, ticketing, etc. And I'm looking to showcase the kinds of work I do with the platform to future potential clients! I was wondering how everyone else presents their old work (the non-NDA ones at least!) to clients? I'm not sure how to go about building my "portfolio" per se even though I've built some good stuff the past few years (thanks to the community too I've been lurking here for a long time haha!) It's kinda hard to convince potential clients that I've "been doing this for years" without having a ready portfolio of sorts to show for it other than some relatively safe screenshots (data privacy and all) Thanks in advance for any leads or advice! 💕

I use Airtable to track my clients' tasks.. The problem is that I have several types of clients, each with a different package and each package has a different task list. There are 3 different packages, for each package different tasks.In addition, each package has intake tasks (at the time of customer intake), daily tasks that repeat every day, tasks that repeat every end of the month and tasks that repeat every quarter (3 months).. How do you suggest I organize all these tasks in an orderly and accessible way? This is very important to me, I would love to see and try any answer 🙌

Dear Community, We have received a discount for non-profit organisations. However, this discount was allocated to the wrong workspace (we don't use this workspace at all, it's even called "Archive"). The annual invoice for our main workspace was charged at the regular price. We actually applied for this discount for our current workspace. The amount of the bill is too high for our non-profit organisation. We can't afford it. I have tried to get in touch with the staff to solve this problem. Unfortunately, I can't get an answer. There is also no contact number or a direct person I can get in touch with to solve this problem. Have you had this experience? What would be your recommendation? Thank you in advance
I’m trying to automate social media post scheduling. To be clear, I'm not wanting something to post automatically on a date/time I set, I'm looking for automation to set that schedule. I'm wanting to drop 10 image files at once into my automation process and have those images be scheduled to post once a day at about 6:00 p.m. EST daily. It's OK if we skip a day where there are no images in the queue. But if multiple images are in the automation queue, I want the automatic scheduling to look at the last scheduled post and schedule the next one for the following day. I hope all this makes sense. I've got most of this worked out between Airtable and Zapier. Here is the process:1. I drop an image into a selected folder in dropbox.2. Zapier triggers on "new file in folder", creates a record in Airtable, creates a new folder, moves the file to that new folder, updates the Airtable record Status to "Waiting Text", and the Post Text Status to "Needed", and sends an email notifying me that the
I'm a seasoned product marketer (enterprise and startup tech B2B) and have been playing with a product marketing framework inside Airtable that is designed for organizations that do not have a formal product marketing program. It draws on a "collaborative intelligence" approach where sales, product, customer support, and marcom team members curate and publish content as part of daily activities. The "sales play" content publishes to the revenue facing team members via Slack channels. I'm hoping to find someone to help me trial and refine this with their team. Hi Airtable Community, I’m Ziyad. I’m working on a video automation project that’s in alpha right now. We’re making it easy for developers to make high quality videos for their integrations, apps, etc for things like posting on social media or listing on Product Hunt. We’re researching making platform specific templates (so something with Airtables’s branding, wireframes etc) and wanted to see if that would be interesting to this group? hi fellow community members, I'm scheduling a series of posts on Instagram. I have created post and assets tables on the same base. However, the image previews formatted as PDFs never show through Lookup. In the attached screenshots you'll see that only one is coming through. That's a PNG screenshot. I understand that this was a major issue in 2020. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you so much! Rafael

Hello, I"m building an Airtable Template to recreate a table with the same Event tasks for each new event. We want to use logic like we had in Asana, that let's us say do XYZ task 30 days before Event Start Date. I am using a DATEADD Foruma to produce this, and it's returning the wrong YEAR, but Month and Day is correct. This is the formula. DATEADD ( {Event Start Date} , {SetupDays} , "d" ) Error below, where it's displaying the year 2001, instead of 2024.
