I am trying to automate emails through my plus plan on one of my tables, but I keep getting this message when I try and set it up. "On your billing plan, you may only email collaborators with verified emails." Does anyone know what type of plan you need in order to automate these emails? I can't seem to get a hold of customer support. 

Pro plan or Enterprise plan.

If you don't want to upgrade your plan, you can also automate emails with an external automation tool like Make.
